Living on the Edge of Time

There was actually othing in between. Time was very similar, the past was like the water and the future was like the oil. Was NOW a discontinuity in time? Really, there was no NOW. Wow! What a fundamental change in the way man would understand time - Bala's Theorem." He was pleased with him self. He could be very famous.
Ever act of life assumed time existed. Life, religion, fate, free will, engineering, school, marriage, love, patience, virtue, hope, prayer, kindness ... was based upon time - a now. But NOW did not exist. It was a memory.
Bala wondered what he would do now, living on the edge of time?
