There are few things in life as precious as you,
I call you my sweetie, a man so dear and true.
As I lay down at night and my head lays to rest,
I truly believe that I have been blessed.

With each passing day I only love you more,
There is no denying you´re the one I adore.
I´ve known one thing right from the start,
The bond that brings us together is right here in my heart.

I wish I could hold and feel your heart beat,
Do you know how often you sweep me off my feet?
As time passes by and it´s down on the end of the day,
For so long I have desired to say:

I´d wait a lifetime to be with you and hold your hand,
You mean the world to me, do you understand?
Taking chances is what life is all about,
I don´t have to think twice with you, I have no doubt!
