Gone Bad for a Very Special Reason - Black Gold BG-116

The Lou Pride stuff I'd previously heard was very much in the blues vein.  I didn't realize that he had a thing for old school soul.  The "A" side's a nice if slightly rote cover of the Wilson Pickett classic.  Pride's falsetto takes a little getting use to, but in general it's not bad.  The flip side seems to simply have stripped away the vocal track.
