There's nothing on the web about this short-lived mid-1970s outfit (one 45). I'm guessing they were an Atlanta based studio outfit, but who knows. I can tell you that they were signed to Mike Thevis' Atlanta-based Aware Records. I can also tell you that the lyric's kind of interesting as an anti-slavery tract and the anonymous male lead singer is quite good. He has one of those raspy, old school voices that reminds me of The Temptations David Ruffin. The flip side is the same track stripped of the lead vocals.
