I think the name translates roughly as 'The Flirts'.  Both sides are pretty MOR-ish with the country-flavored 'A' side being outright irritating.  The flip side Four Seasons cover isn't anything to write home about, but sisters Marie-Claire, Marie-Reine, Reina and Réjeanne Mallette were so hot that you really didn't care.
