Frank Brunson and company never recorded anything better than the late-1960s tracks cut for Phil-L.A.  The 'A' side was a slinky pseudo-instrumental that should appeal to anyone who liked the earlier hit 'Do It Any Way You Wanna'.  The flip side showcased Brunson's nice voice.  Classic old school soul and actually better than the 'A' side.
