These folks are of interest to me in that they started out as Washington, D.C.'s The Exciters.  The 'A' side's always intrigued me in that lead singer Sheryl Henry's deep, growling voice sounded like a guy.  That made for some interesting vocal exchanges between Henry and the other lead singer Frank McCurry.   To my ears the flip side disco side didn't sound all that different from the 'A' side.
