Okay, we'll admit this one took a little while to grow on us.  The record got a lot of hype as one of those lost psych masterpieces.  It isn't.  Instead, it's best described as a surprisingly impressive slice of hardrock.  Written and produced by guitarist Gary Richard Jinks, it's apparently a concept piece (though the plotline is lost to us).  Lead singer Jacque Hoffman is no great shake (she occasionally sounds like she's trying out for a shot with The Go-Gos), nor is the rest of this Illinois-based outfit.  That said, for a no-budget home project, the set's not half bad.  This copy is still in the shrink wrap and includes the bonus single "Jennifer Magic" b/w "Dreams In a Graveyard".)
