Martina came up to Xelloss one morning, "Xelloss,
I've got something to tell you." she said. "Go ahead." he said
mindlessly.
The others came in namely Lina, Gourry, Amelia, Zel and Shilfiell.
Martina began to sing:
"I kinda always knew I'd end up your
ex-girlfriend
I hope I hold a special place with the rest of them
And you know it makes me sick to be on that list
But I shoulda thought of that before we kissed..."
Xelloss scratched his head. "I didn't even kiss you!?" he
reasoned. "Shut up! And you, Zelgadiss Graywords!!!" Martina turned to
Zelgadiss and continued.
"You say you're gonna burn before you mellow
I'll be the one to burn you
Why'd you have to go and pick me
When you know that we were different completely..."
Zelgadiss gave her a what-are-you-talking-about look. "I didn't say
anything like that and besides, I didn't even pick you! You picked me to capture
Amelia!...oh well, at least you know that we are different!" he responded.

Gourry gave her a silly look, then turned to Lina. "What's she talking
about?" he asked. Lina shrugged. "Dunno..." she replied.
"And I feel so mean, I feel in-between
Coz I'm about to give you away...

Martina was looking at Xelloss, then to Shilfiell.
"Martina, will you stop that!?" Lina told her. "Shut up and
listen, especially you, Xelloss!" Martina told him. And she began to sing
again:

"Martina!?" Lina yelled angrily.
"Listen!"Martina screeched, then turning to Xelloss again...

We keep repeating mistakes for souvenirs
And we've been in-between the days for years
And I know that when I see you, I'm going to die

"Who's the next girl anyway?" Gourry asked.

in disbelief.

All of them were already thinking that Martina had lost her noodles.
"Lina, will you do the honors?" Zel asked.

Lina stood up and cast a Fireball at Martina.
When the smoke cleared, Martina wasn't there anymore.
"Where'd she go?" Amelia asked.
"You didn't kill her, did you?" Shilfiell asked Lina.
"A fireball couldn't even kill that girl, Shilfiell." Lina replied.
Then, they heard some singing again...and when they turned around, there was
this CD player on "repeat track" mode. The song was track #1 from No
Doubt's Return of Saturn album: Ex-girlfriend...
Then, there was a small note. "Here's a gift before I get married
tomorrow!!!"
It was from Martina.
"AAAARRRGGGHHH!!! Turn it off! Turn it off!!!" Xelloss screamed,
teleporting while covering his ears...
