Bomb blast at Australian school in Jakarta
Indonesian police in Jakarta are investigating an incident in which a grenade was
hurled into the grounds of the Australian International School in Jakarta.
Principal Penny Robertson says there were no injuries, following the blast, which put
a hole in a concrete wall and smashed some windows.
She says it is the first security incident since the US began its bombing campaign in
Afghanistan last month.
Witnesses told police that two men riding on a motorcycle threw the grenade over the
school compound's high walls.
