Auxiliary Lights
Here's the pair of lights on the ARB Bull Bar. they are sylvania halogen high beams from a 4 headlight
system, mounted in K.C. Daylighter housings. they fit perfectly in the K.C. housings. nice trick, eh?
these are aimed to point out to the sides, to make the high beam light pattern as wide as possible.
Here's one of the side lights mounted on the frame. I wouldn't call it a rock light because
i don't go rock crawling, i just want to see what's to the sides of me from time to time.
These are basically the smallest lights avalible and at around $20, they are a small price
to pay for some much needed extra light. however, i know these are 100% illegal. you should
have a quick disconnect on the wiring and only plug them in when you are off road.
Toyota fog light switches, $12 each from your local toyota dealer,
they fit in the center console perfectly, replacing the coin holders.
One switch for the forward lights and one switch for the side lights.
Just say no, to automatic transmissions!
the rear flood/work light from NAPA, mounted to a tab welded on the spare tire carrier.
wired up to the original lead for the reverse lights, so it only comes on when i shift into reverse.
