III. OBJETIVES

General Objetives

1. To provide integral rehabilitation for the blind old people by means of a training process that will give them the capacity to develop certain activities, in this way it will be easier for them to have an independent life.

2. To announce and make people conscious about the needs for care that the blind community has, specially the blind comunity that belongs to the third age. This campaign of consciousness has to be extended to family members, communities, private and public entities, and other groups that could be helpful.
