GUACAMOLE

Prepare this super Mexican standby up to an hour in advance.
Press plastic wrap directly onto its surface and refrigerate until serving time.


1 large ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and mashed
2 tablespoons salsa
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Serve as a dip or as a topping for Mexican foods, sandwiches and snacks.
Makes about 1 cup.
