Hello!! I'm Remo, and I am the author of this web-site.
I live in the city of Adelaide, here in South Australia.

I
was born and raised in the rural town of Mount Gambier, in the south-east
of South Australia. My parents had a farm, so I was lucky enough to be
raised in a country-style environment. I first entered the "cyber-world"
in 1995. My interest in computers dates back to the late 1980's, when
I bought my first PC...an Amstrad PC 1512 !!! Those were the days when
you had to run applications from a 5 1/4 inch diskette, and 40Mb Hard
drives were considered a luxury!!! My first computer game was "Where in
Time Is Carmen San Diego?", which I thought was great fun!! But it soon
became a bit tiresome.... In 1993, I upgraded to a 386-DX-40MHz system,
with 4 Mb RAM...again, I felt I was at the fore-front of Computing!!! |
