Pros: Tranmission shifts super smooth, even in cold temps and internal temps are reduced, will help prolong life of tranny, t-case and diffs.
Cons: A little on the pricey side. A little hard on the filling up of tranny, but as long as you have the right tools you will be fine, just buy a small pump for $5 at a local parts store and it will be easy going, a little on the messy side on the draining of the old oil.
Bottom Line: Well worth the time and money spent, will help prolong life of entire drivetrain.
