| "I had a near death-death experience one time. I was expirimenting with mushrooms and I'd had about four cups of 'shroom juice, which is about three-and-three quarters cups too much. Next thing I knew, I was stretched out on the floor, breathing heavily, thinking that I was about to die. But finally something just clicked inside me, and I didn't fear death. And I saw the white light, and all of a sudden I was traveling towards it. And then the white light turned into three o' clock the next day. Just like that. I wrote 'My Own Prison' the very next day, that's where the line 'Should've been dead on a sunday morning' came from. I was literally banging my head, rocking in the corner like a lunitic. I mean, it may not have been a real near death experience.
