The author checks out the menu at a fine old Washington
Restaurant. "Lots of good stuff in the Third Edition," he says.
"And look at all of the Ours."

Ignored 1988 Presidential Candidate, Charles Ray Evans,
tells his story of calling and waiting. Waiting for purported
drafters to act to elect him or otherwise make him President of
the United States.
Interaction with the drafters or the opponents of the drafters
led him to flee the country. Involuntarily returned, he ran in the
election of 1988 intending to flush the drafters out of hiding.
While running, he became impoverished and homeless, but
continued to run.
After the election, he waited, eventually waiting homeless,
outside. Waiting to be made President of the United States.
This book signals the minimal end of his impoverishment,
just enough to write this. Where are you, the Drafters? Come
out, wherever you are. Whoever you are.
