To post an event I need as much information as posible, Here is an idea of what i'm looking for if you want to send links to the Official Event web site then do so. I will be putting up an on-line form soon but for now just drop me an email with the details below.

Date, Meeting Time
Site Address, Contact Person, Email / Contact number
Accommodation onsite if overnight
Vehicle specific, i.e. Jeep owners only etc
