The aerial controls are removable for use away from the rig.
The controls hook to a belt to keep the operator's hands free.
The ladder pipe nozzle can controlled as well.
The 50 foot cord allows the control to be used on the tip of the ladder from the tip bracket.
Both remote guns and the aerial can all be controlled away from the rig by one firefighter if needed.
Getting away from the rig allows better ladder placement and visibility.
