United Pampanga Leaders Council
As if it were a stroke of destiny, this newly formed organization came into
existence on January 18, 1998. Several presidents, chairpersons, and
distinguished leaders from various Pampangan associations have decided to unite
themselves. Their courage, vision and strength - then led to the birth of United
Pampanga Leaders Council (UPLC) as an organization of Pampangan associations, by
Pampangan associations, and for Pampangan associations.
