SYNOPSIS

Billy Diamond was the most successful thief in San Francisco. He lived lavishly on the fruits of his illegal activities - until he got caught in the act by Lt. Samantha Warner of the S.F.P.D. To avoid going to jail, he agreed to become an undercover operative for the San Francisco police. It was either that or give up his lifestyle for a drab, dirty prison cell. The one concession that he was able to get from Warner was to have his former partner, Ken Sisko, released from San Quentin to work with him again. Sylvester was Billy's butler.
