SYNOPSIS

Sam Casey was an agent for INTERSECT, a government think tank and operations center specializing in missions requiring the utmost secrecy. While on a diving assignment, Sam was affected by the radiation from an underwater explosion. The radiation rendered him invisible, and it was only through the combined efforts of computer expert Abby Lawrence and Leonard Driscoll, Sam's Boss at INTERSECT, that a way was devised to control his invisibility. Sam was fitted with a computerized watch-like contraption that kept him visible. He could, however, switch it off and become invisible again, for short periods. If he did this for more than 15 minutes in any 24-hour period, he would die. Needless to say, the ability to become invisible, despite the time limits, made Sam a very effective agent indeed.

Unfortunately, stiff competition from ABC and CBS rendered the ratings for this program almost invisible, and it did a fast fade-out after only one month on the air.
