SYNOPSIS

During World War II, Mike Kovac had been a combat photographer. Upon his arrival back from the war, he made his living as a freelance professional photographer.

At times, it seemed as if Mike was still in the War. He took assignments from newspapers, the police, insurance companies, private citizens and anyone else who wanted a record of an event caught on film. When he needed help or advice, he would call upon his father, Anton.

The assignments that Mike took often made him more of a Private Detective than a photographer - probably planned this way by the producers of the series to capitalize on the popularity of detective shows of the era.
