SYNOPSIS

There was no host on NBC Follies, but Sammy Davis, Jr. and Mickey Rooney were two performers who appeared in virtually every episode.

Without a host, the various acts, sketches, comedy monologues, musical numbers, etc... were arranged to flow in much the same manner that a vaudeville show did - with one segment leading into the next. The show also had featured guests in each show as well.
