SYNOPSIS

Q.E.D. resembled the hit series Wild, Wild West only it was set in England, 1912.

It was an adventure-filled show with scientific wonders which seemed far ahead of their time, and an evil genius - Dr. Kilkiss - bent on world domination. Fighting Dr. Kilkiss and other international villains was a brilliant American Professor named Quentin E. Deverill, whose ability to construct incredible scientific gadgets was exceeded only by his analytical skills as an amateur detective.

Helping out were: Phipps, his Cockney chauffeur and butler; Jenny, his beautiful and resourceful secretary and a snooping American reporter named Charlie.

The series was produced in England by John Hawkesworth, who also produced the accalimed PBS series Upstairs, Downstairs and The Dutchess of Duke Street.
