SYNOPSIS

Jesse Mach had been a top motorcycle cop until he was seriously injured and assigned to desk duty. He was then approached by Norman Tuttle, the inventor of the super-secret Street Hawk police bike. Norman's idea was clear: Norman would arrange for "experimental surgery" to repair Jesse's shattered leg if he would agree to become the "test pilot" for Norman's bike.

And so it began... by night, Jesse wore a futuristic black helmet and fought crime in the city on the Street Hawk which featured a computerized targeting system, the ability to leap through the air, a whopping 300 mph speed capability and high-energy particle beams to blow things up!

By day, he maintained his cover at his desk in the police public information center.
