SYNOPSIS

Tales Of Tomorrow was one of TV's earliest adult science-fiction series, using both classic and modern stories of strange and supernatural happenings.

Among the stories were "The Monsters" (from Mars), "The Dark Angel" (about a woman who never ages), H.G. Wells' "The Crystal Egg," "The Flying Saucer," "Frankenstein," and a two-part version of Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea.

The program was produced by George F. Foley, Jr. and used such talent as Franchot Tone, Lon Chaney, Jr., Veronica Lake, Boris Karloff, Eva Gabor, Leslie Nielsen, and Lee J. Cobb.

During 1951 and 1953, Tales Of Tomorrow alternated with other series. For a time during early 1953, the show was also heard on radio.
