I made these for my daughter when she was learning the states in school (3rd grade) and they helped a lot. I used mailing labels and put the capital, state bird, and state flower info on the back of each one, and then used those no-heat laminating sheets. I think it helped us both learn them! I used a hole punch to ring them all together on a key ring.
