Winter_Exchange

Create 20 identical SWAPS for each group you would like to exchange. Each group submitted must be completely different - more than same shape, different color. SWAPS should be 3" or less is diameter and can be made with any materials except food items. Need ideas?

This swap is open to both adults and girls/troops. See databases at the GS_Winter_Exchange website to join.   Troops do not need to contact one another to arrange trading. All packages are sent to me, I do the exchanging and then send the package back to you.

SWAPS should include the following information on each SWAP:

Please try and make your tag smaller than the swap. Many swaps come with enourmous tags that hide the little swaps attached.

Please make sure your info tag is securely attached. Attaching it with the pin seems to work best. I discovered with the Fall Exchange that sticky tags stick to each other best rather than our swaps.

This is a low stress swap, easy going swap!

Shipping Instructions
1) Each GROUP of 20 SWAPS should be enclosed in its own ziplock bag. Not each swap!
2) For each group submitted, please fill out the swap form and enclose it with each group.
3) Please safely package all of your swap groups into a sturdy box.
4) Please mark on the outside of the box how many and of what type (adult or girl/troop) groups
     you have enclosed.
5) Include a filled out return address label.
6) Include enough return postage in the form of stamps or cash (no checks please):
       For 1 to 2 groups, send $3.95
       For 3 groups, send $4.30
       For 4 or more, please add appropriate postage.
6a) If you would like to save some money on return postage by having your package returned
       to you using non-priority mail (standard mail), please indicate that on submission form.
       Send in return postage based on #6 but I will enclose excess $ in return box.
7) Please allow enough time for your package to reach southern California by Jan 30, 02
