My incident in Khartoum,

I remember long time ago in the Sudan there used to be barbers out side on
the street. The reason they work out on the street is because they did not
have the license. Since they were cheaper than the licensed barbers, people
used to like them for triming their hair or shaving their beard.

How they work is that you sit on one big rock while they cut your hair and
shave your beard. Then the barber would give you the mirror to hold it; he
gives you the comb and then scissors etc.

One day, while I was cutting my hair, by the rivers of Blue Nile, the
cops came. The barber shouted with a very laud voice:

'Kesha! Kesha! Kesha! Ruh! Ruh!'

That means in Arabic:

'Cops! Cops! Cops! Run! Run! '

That's because they were catching barbers without licenses. Then, I run on one
direction and the barber run on the other direction like wild cats, with half
of my hair already trimmed and half of my beard shaven. I had the mirror and
the comb with me and he had the scissors and the soap with him. The cops did
not know to what direction the barber went. Instead, they chased me for few
blocks and then gave up. After they left the scene, we got back together and
resumed the hair cut.
