Well, the best song of 'Eurosong 2003' has definitely won. A very upbeat song from Bosnia this year. It was very close between 'Deen' with the song 'Taxi' and 'Mija Martina' who very nicely performed the winning song 'Ne Brini'. The best song won in the end and should put Bosnia within reach of the top 10 this year.

The songs that will take part in Eurosong 2003 are now available on the net. They became available today at PBSBiH's site. Click the link below for the songs.

As promised here is the news about the Bosnian 2003 national finlal here FIRST. 76 songs were submitted to PBSBiH in the last few weeks. Of these 76 songs 16 to 20 finalists will be chosen later this week by internal judges. The final itself will be held on February 22nd, either at "The City Hall of Skenderija" or "The Olympic Hall of Zetra". Check here later this week when the songs will be known for the 2003 Bosnian national final.

Two weeks ago a special ESC committee was founded at Bosnian PBS. The leader of the committee is Mr Senad Hadzifejzovic. The meeting will be held in Sarajevo on December 23rd where information will be released about the bosnian national final. The date and venue will be chosen along with a jury for the national final who will choose the songs to compete in the final and also maybe choose the winner of the national final. As soon as the information will be released you will see it here first.

PBSBiH have released the first national final information. Songs can be submitted until the 30th November. The lyricists and composers of the songs HAVE to be from Bosnia but the arrangers and singers CAN be from other countries. This year PBSBiH have decided to hold an open contest where anyone can submit the songs although there will also be some 'invited' composers so this year there will be a combination of the two.

According to Ismeta Dervoz (executive producer for the Eurovision Song Contest on behalf of PBS BiH) it can be confirmed that Bosnia Herzegovina will take part in next years contest despite all the rumours saying that Bosnia may be out of the contest. Preperations are now going on to discuss the format of Bosnias national final and as soon as news becomes available you will see it here first.
