Name: Command Wolf Alignment: Republican Registration Number: RZ-009 Height: 7.9 Meters Length: 14.7 Meters Weight: 46 Tons Top Speed: 210 Kilometers per Hour Weapons: Twin 50mm Cannons, Hardened Alloy Claws and Teeth Special Abilities: Quad smoke dischargers (rear-mounted) The Command Wolf is a lightly armed, highly mobile zoid created for various missions ranging from scouting to front-line combat. Gifted with a good deal of speed and a high degree of mobility, the Command Wolf excels at traversing various types of ground terrain for quick strike missions. However, the Command Wolf is a small, lightly-armored Zoid, though its armor does have decent coverage. Thus, a good strategy for Command Wolf pilots is to run-and-gun; staying on the move and firing only occasionally, as well as using the smoke dischargers for cover. With the right modifications though, the Command Wolf can become a lot more dangerous. Weapons: Twin 50mm Cannons A pair of standard 50mm cannons equipped to a seated turret mounted on the back of the Command Wolf. They can be rotated 90 degrees in either direction, and feature a semi-automatic rate of fire. The cannons can fire one at a time for an evened out amount of fire or they can fire at the same time for stronger bursts with slightly longer intervals in between. The choice is up to the pilot. Hardened Alloy Claws and Teeth The most basic of all Zoid weaponry. Razor-sharp teeth adorn the Wolf's mouth while its paws contain nasty claws of their own. Used for up-close-and-personal combat, in the dirtiest most feral type of combat known. Equally good against both armor and structure. Executing Special Abilities: Quad Smoke Dischargers Mounted to the rear of the Command Wolf are two sets of dual smokestacks. Once engaged, a thick cloud of smoke quickly disperses from these stacks and provides cover for the Zoid and renders the Command Wolf from being detected visually. Be advised however, that the Zoid can still be detected via infrared tracking. Infrared Sensors The Command Wolf is equipped with infrared sensors, allowing it to locate otherwise-hidden Zoids via their heat signatures. However, this form of tracking can be countered by coolant or infrared suppression. |
