Dublin Public Libraries,

Built in the 1930's to a common design by the City Architects Department.

One of several public libraries built to a standardised design, - this example shown is in Drumcondra, Dublin, - they have a monumental entrance door as a prominent feature. The inscription over the door reads public library in the Irish language. The interior was plain, with no ornementation. Some of these have recently been restored.
