Savoy Cinema

Waterford

Now converted to a fast food vendor, the former Savoy Cinema in Waterford, by Robinson & Keefe, was on a long narrow site, with the cinema stretching back up a hill. The front foyer facade,  still extant in a much modified form, bears some of the deco appearance of the original design.

The Savoy design dates from 1936 and had 1,200 seats
