Alan Clifford Laughton
The Laughtons had moved out from the East End and were established in Walthamstow, Stanley Herbert moving to Epping Forest area of Buckhurst Hill. Joy and Alan in their lifetime kept the house removal firms in business around the South of England.

Walter Crispin had moved from Zeal Monachorum to Hackney and finally died in Friern Barnet. Reginald Crispin settled in Hackney until moving to Walthamstow and then Highams Park. He retired to Leigh-on-Sea. Sidney Walter settled in East London. Blanche as far as is known lived in the Crediton area all her life.

Alfred Joseph Cawthorn
Rose Ivy Violet Crispin
At present the maiden name of Walter Crispin's wife Rose was Castle, but when she died in 1934 she left some land. Research in this area is not complete but family stories suggest that there were properties let out to the Chinese community. Certainly Walter when he died in 1945 left some settled land which he held in trust for the children. In the 1940's Ivy as Rose Cawthorn was known, resided with Walter in Friern Barnet.

Robert Briggs was born in Paddington, but by 1881 he was with his parents in Clapham. The family was in the dyeing business. He married Alice in 1884 in Colchester. Alice was a dressmaker. How a dyer from Clapham met a dressmaker from Colchester is a mystery. Robert was still in South London in 1890, where Dorothy was born. In the early 1900's Robert was chairman of Walthamstow Ave F.C. By the end of his life in 1918, Robert was living in Walthamstow.
