He is possibly the smallest, and weakest villians in DBZ this mole-type creature is only a threat because he knows magic, bad magic.  Millions of years ago, the dark magician Bibidi created the ultimate magical weapon Boo.  Boo proved to be too strong and violent for Bibidi to control.  So he sealed him in a shell and sent him into space.  It would of been the end of Boo if Bibidi didn't have a son Babidi.  Babidi's age is not known but he is extremely old, and knows plenty of powerful magic.  His goal was to free Boo from the confines of Boo's shell and to harness the creature's power. But in order to free the monster, Babidi needed a massive amount of pure energy to break the magical seal on Boo's prison.  When he happens upon Gohan and his massive SSJ energy, he finds all the energy he needs to relase Boo.  Controlling Boo by bribery, he starts to destroy the cities of Earth  with Boo as a weapon and bodyguard, but its Boo who turns on his master, and kills him.
