This figure was not released carded but was a WHV mail-in offer and came in a Kenner baggie.

There are no known variations of this toy.

The figure was 121mm tall in a blue costume with black cowl, black gloves, black trunks, black boots and yellow belt as styled from the television cartoon.
It had 5 points of articulation (neck/shoulders/hips).
The basic body was used for many other batman figures as shown below:
