Where can I go to buy Rurouni Kenshin merchandise?

ASAHIYA BOOKSTORES contains a mini manga section. If you can't find something there, you can always ask one of the clerks to help you order that item. Contains a lot of other Japanese books, magazines, CDs, videos, etc. I go there for my jrock needs ^^;; Plus, they have friendly service there.

KINOKUNIYA BOOKSTORES is bigger than ASAHIYA. I don't go there that often, but I am pretty sure that they sell RK merchandise. The last time I've been there, I saw some really nice RK posters (OVA included). I believe I saw some RK anime as well so you should definately try this place out as well.
