US and Britain issue Indonesia travel warnings
The United States and British Governments have issued renewed warnings to their
citizens against visiting Indonesia, after a series of recent bomb attacks.
Both country's Jakarta embassies have warned against all non-essential travel,
The British Government said, despite the efforts of the Indonesian Government the
threat from terrorism had not been eliminated. It said new information received since
the start of military action in Iraq had raised fresh concerns about safety in Indonesia.
There have been two bombings in the Indonesian capital in the last week, the latest at
Jakarta's international airport on Sunday.
