- Place: Saturday at Cal State Hayward, Sunday at SACBC or CSM
- Theme: Japanese food
- Duties: Set up- Conord, Program-San Mateo, Service-SACBC, Pictures- Berkeley, Prizes-Oakland, Snack Bar-Palo Alto and SF, Clean Up- Enmanji
- Activity: Bowling (Fremont possibility)
- Raffle (Courtney, Lindsay, Cameron, and Brandon)

Bay District Retreat (Stacy)
- Date: July 6 and 7
- Theme: To be decided next meeting
- Place: San Luis Obispo
- Speakers: Rev. Yoshi (not sure)
- Committee: Berkeley, Oakland, Palo Alto, San Mateo
Ski trip- Canceled due to lack of interest
Fundraiser- skipped due to Marc's absence
Announcements
- Next meeting is Jan 12 at 1:00pm at Oaklan, Berkeley has snacks
- Bay District Council is holding a conference Nov 1-3, 2002 in Santa Clara at the Westin Hotel. All Bay District Families are invited in an effort to unite all organizations and peole of all ages. The speakers are Rev. Unno and Rev. Harada. The Council needs help from the Jr. YBA to plan some activiites for the youth.
