I bet some of you are thinking "but i thought you had to get promoted through the ranks to reach Cobra high Command" then you are correct, except for this spot, for this spot is for the Recruting Officer. All you have to do to get the spot on the Command is recrut 5 people for the rpg, since having that position doesn't require good battle skills, but in stead requires good people skills, which is an important factor on being a Cobra High Command.
