My favorite V. U. is definitely white light/white heat & my favorite L. Reed is a 3-way tie:Berlin, take no prisoners & the blue mask. I especially enjoyed disk 1 of peel slowly and see box set (8 takes of one song all in a row, how cool!). If you liste to Lou Reeds tone of voice when speaking to John Cale between takes you can understand the volatile state of the band members inner-relationships and explosive nature of some songs. Candy says, If she ever comes, sad songs are 3of the most beautiful son s ever written.

I was surfing the Net for Jicky perfume by Guerlain and came across the Pattie Boyd Letters from London. That was where I first read about Jicky and searched for it for years!
