Disclaimer: The crest of Love is red,
Friendship is blue,
I don’t own Digimon,
And neither do you.
Every word is true. Anyway, this is just a quick epilogue to tell anyone who is interested what is going on five years after United.
No one is interested. (Glances through story) Hey, Matt and I get married. AND WE HAVE KIDS! WOOHOO!This is told from Matt’s point of view. I won’t keep talking, as there will be a looooong talk at the end. Until then, Adios!
It’s been five years since we met Tai again. Five years since Tai and I met Darkdramon. Five years since Agumon and Gabumon extreme-digivolved to StarGreymon and DiamondGarurumon. It seems like last week.
Tai and Sora got married, surprise, surprise. They have two kids now, Kay and May. They’re five-year-old twins.
TK and Kari have two boys, Nick and Jake. Nick is seven, and Jake is nine.
Joe and Hannah have had one boy and one girl. They’re called David and Susie. David is ten, and Susie is twelve.
Izzy married Diana in the end. It turns out she is actually able to get him off his computer, so she’s perfect! She’s pregnant at the moment with their first child.
Mimi and I married three years ago. She’s had one baby girl so far. She’s two years old. We weren’t sure what to call her, so we named her after the cherry blossoms we first kissed under. Her name is Sakura.
Tai found it a bit hard to leave the castle. Sometimes he pops back to see how all the Digimon are, but only once a year. I always go with him. Pterodactylmon’s in charge now, and he lost no time in finding all of our crests. He’s a really efficient leader.
Gennai sent Izzy an e-mail explaining about extreme-digivolving and Ultra Digimon. It turns out it takes a lot of power, but the result is a Digimon more powerful than two Megas put together. StarGreymon and DiamondGarurumon actually have a bit of Tai and I in their data.
I just remembered. When Pterodactylmon was looking for our crests, he found one more, on the exact spot where Darkdramon fought Tai and I. It’s called the crest of Teamwork. Actually, it belongs to both Tai and I, but we both agreed that the only one it should belong to is Pterodactylmon. Apparently, it was his idea for Tai to send the Greymon to look for us in the first place, so, in a way, he brought the whole team together. He could use it to help with the dinosaur Digimon, as well.
The strangest thing is, two nights ago, I ran into Tai in the park. I don’t know what he was doing there. I was out because I needed some time by myself. Anyway, I sat next to him by the lake. We didn’t say anything until he looked at me, "Matt, can you see something silhouetted against the moon?"
I glanced up, and then I nodded. Then the shadow seemed to swoop towards us. Then it landed in front of us. It was a pure white dragon. A full moon was drawn on its chest, forehead, and wings. A crescent moon was on each of its arms. Its tail curved behind it, ending in a sort of fountain pattern.
It smiled at us, and then it stretched one arm forwards. First it touched Tai on the forehead, and then it touched me. Then it vanished. When I woke up yesterday, I found a note at the bottom of my bed, which said, `Don’t worry about what happened last night. My name is Moondramon, and Darkdramon has attacked my family for centuries. Now he has gone. Our thanks to you is this: Whenever you are in trouble, or need help, I will be there to help you. `
According to Gennai, Moondramon is ruler of the moon. She is also one of evil’s greatest enemies, as she can wash away viruses in the blink of an eye. Last night, I looked out of my window, and I could hear some kind of cry. I know that it was Moondramon. Apparently, she’s really loyal, which was why she was watching Odaiba. At least we won’t have to worry about being killed immediately. Now later, that’s another matter…
Lady Moon: (Takes deep breath) OK, this is the part where I say thankyou to everyone. Here I go…Thankyou:
