Antipasto
- Small whole mushrooms, washed (or larger ones cut in half)
- Artichoke hearts
- Bell pepper (red and/or green and/or other colors) cut into thin rings
- Califlower florets
- High-quality italian salad dressing (like Newman's Own Basalmic Vinaigrette)
Instructions:
Marinate vegetables in salad dressing 4 hours to overnight. Arrange on platter covered with leaf lettuce. Add ripe or green
olives or cocktail onions if desired.
