Pecan Cheese Ball
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 - 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- few drops tabasco sauce
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients well. Form in ball, wrap and chill until firm. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
Garnish with snipped parsley and whole pecans. Serve with crackers.
