Cheese Ball #2
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (you can use fat free or lite)
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
Beat all of these ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate. When cold, scrape the cheese from the bowl and form into a ball with your hands. Cover with pecans (optional) and serve with your favorite crackers.
