Crab Meat Appetizer





Instructions:
Open the cream cheese package and lay the cube out on a plate. With a large spoon, smash it down a bit, spreading it out on the plate and leaving "divots" in the top. (Not too much smashing, just a little bit). Rinse the crab meat off with water and drain. Spread the crab meat across the cream cheese, covering completely. Press the crab into the cheese with your fingers. Then pour cocktail sauce over the entire thing. One bottle (16 oz. or so) covers it completely. Serve with crackers.
Serves 6 (usually).
