Pickled Okra
- okra
- Springs of dill and garlic cloves
- 2 cups vinegar (5% grain)
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup pickling salt
Instructions:
Pack okras into jar, add spring of dill and one clove of garlic to each jar. Boil and pour vinegar, water and salt over okra. Seal. Put jars in a hot water bath with enough water to cover the jars. Boil for 5 min.
