Pineapple-Nut Cheese Ball





Instructions:
Soften cream cheese and drain pineapple. Beat cream cheese until smooth; combine with pineapple, cherries, 1 cup chopped nuts, green pepper, onion seasoned salt and seasoned pepper. Blend thoroughly and chill. Shape into a ball; roll in remaining chopped nuts (I usually use more nuts & I make mine finely chopped). Refrigerate or freeze until needed. Garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers.
