Tasty Taco Dip

• 1 8oz cream cheese (block)
• 1 8oz sour cream
• 1 pkg taco seasoning mix (ortego or el paso)
• 1/2 tomato, sliced fine
• 3 Jalapeno peppers (sliced fine)
• 4 oz. shredded cheddar, sharp, or taco cheese
• Nacho Chips

Instructions:
Soften cream cheese (in microwave). Add sour cream. Mix in taco mix. Stir with wooden spoon. Dont use mixer. Spread in oblong dish. Sprinkle on tomato, peppers & cheese. Refrigerate appx 1 hour. Use with Nacho chips.

NOTE: You can add pepper flakes or ground red pepper to give a bit more "zing" to it.
